Terms of Sale and Use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Who we are

Siroon is made and sold by Narek, a sole proprietor doing business as Narek Works, California, USA (the seller). Contact: hello@getsiroon.com.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sales tax is calculated and collected via Stripe Tax where required. For now, purchases are available only to buyers with a United States billing address, in US dollars; a purchase billed outside the US is refunded automatically.

What you buy

Your license

You may install and use Siroon on Macs you own or control, for personal or work use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer beyond what the law allows, or use Siroon to break the law or anyone's rights.

Generated art

Wallpapers, icons, and objects are generated by AI services from your wishes. As between you and us, you may use the art Siroon makes for you however you like, including commercially, subject to the AI providers' terms and to the law. Don't wish for content that infringes others' rights, depicts real people without consent, or is unlawful; such requests may be refused.

Your Mac and your files

Siroon only changes its own desktop layer. Any file or window change is shown to you first, needs your confirmation, and can be undone; removals go to the Trash, never permanent deletion. Keep backups of anything important all the same.

Accounts

An account is just your email address, used to hold your credits and worlds. You're responsible for access to that email.

Warranty and liability

Siroon is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we'll note the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email. You can stop using Siroon at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
