Refund Policy

Full refund within 14 days if you've painted 3 or fewer worlds

If Siroon isn't for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you've painted 3 or fewer new worlds since buying. Email hello@getsiroon.com with the email you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are issued by the seller, Narek, a sole proprietor doing business as Narek Works, California, USA, through Stripe (our payment processor) to your original payment method, including any sales tax collected via Stripe Tax.

World packs

World packs follow the same rule: a full refund within 14 days if you've painted 3 or fewer worlds since buying the pack. When a refund is issued, the credits still unused from that purchase are removed from your balance (it never goes below zero).

Disputes

If a payment is disputed with your bank (a chargeback), the unused credits from that purchase are removed while the dispute is open. Writing to us first is usually faster.

Failed worlds

If a world fails to generate, its credit comes back to your balance automatically — no need to ask.

After 14 days, or after more worlds

Write to us anyway if something went wrong; we'll do what's fair. Your consumer-law rights are not affected.
